"Då var det dags att anmäla sig till årets upplaga av Borås Pinball Open 2023 – nummer 16 i ordningen!

Vi har förstås igång Slush-maskinen i vanlig ordning!
I övrig som vanligt, dvs korv, snacks, pizzabitar och godis samt vatten/läsk/kaffe till försäljning.
Tag med kontanter till sidotävlingar!

Övrig förtäring medtages eller tillförskansas på sta'n.


Avgift för tävlingen inklusive frispel på övriga maskiner är 500 SEK.

Betalas på plats med cash, kort eller via Swish, 1234-425104 (Christian Holmsten).


Hitta hit:
Bryggaregatan 20 (står inget nummer vid porten), lastingången mellan Onyx och Mattssons Herrekipering, ner en trappa och till vänster.

Finns gott om gratisparkeringar (efter 18:00 på fredag samt efter 15:00 på lördag och hela söndagen) under motorvägsbron 100 meter bort.


Main
Qualifying:
IFPA WC format with four player groups on three games from different eras. Six rounds of three machines = 18 games.
Ties will be settled according to Matchplay where applicable – if not, a game will be played.
Playoffs:
32 players to playoffs. Q1-8 = 2 byes, Q9-16 = 1 bye.
Head to Head, best out of five machines.
Higher seed selects first game (and start order) out of all Main qualifying machines, lower seed selects second game etc.

TGP = 300% (European Championship Series tournament for Sweden)

Classic
Qualifying:
Side tournament will be a Best Game Classic where we play 12 games, two attempts (three balls, both attempts count = 6 balls in total).
Playoffs:
32 players to playoffs. Q1-8 = 2 byes, Q9-16 = 1 bye.
Head to Head, best out of five machines.
Higher seed selects first game (and start order) out of all qualifying machines, lower seed selects second game etc.

TGP = 176%

Leftovers
Qualifying:
Three hours Progresssive Strikes.
Playoffs:
Top 16 plays three games in four groups. Top 2 from each group to finals. Repeat.

TGP ≈ 160%

We are playing four-player groups with two machines per round and 3/2/1/0 scoring. No new rounds after 22:00.
Semi final for top 8 with four-player matches (multi matchplay) on three machines with 7/5/3/1 scoring.
Top 2 in each semi-final group to the four-player final on three machines with 7/5/3/1 scoring.
